What are Keen Scents candles made from?
All Keen Scents candles are hand-poured in small batches using quality wax, carefully selected fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Each candle is made with intention to create a clean, consistent burn and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every candle is hand-poured and finished by hand. Small-batch production allows us to focus on detail, quality, and consistency in every pour.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size. Our standard candles are designed to burn for 30 - 40 hours when properly cared for. Travel candles offer a shorter burn time but the same fragrance experience in a smaller format.
How do I care for my candle?
For the best burn, trim the wick to about a quarter inch before lighting. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Always burn your candle on a heat-safe surface and never leave it unattended.
Why does my candle look slightly different from others?
Because our candles are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and do not affect performance.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within a few days of delivery and we will make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and volume, especially during launches or seasonal releases.
Do you restock sold-out candles?
Some scents return while others are released in limited quantities. Limited Releases are made in small batches and may not be restocked once sold out.
